All VIP tickets include personalised service provided by professional hosts and waitstaff.
If you complete your purchase through our online sales system, you will receive a confirmation email along with your ticket in PDF format. To access your seat, you must print the PDF and present it at the stadium’s entrance turnstiles.
If, on the other hand, you completed your purchase through one of our agents, they will inform you of the most convenient and secure way to collect your tickets.

HOW TO GET THERE
BY CAR
Connections via exit 10 of the M-40 and the A-2 from Avenida Luis Aragonés are located just four minutes from the stadium. Other routes start from Plaza de Grecia, opposite the stadium’s façade, with Avenida de Arcentales, Calle Niza, and Avenida de Canillejas a Vicálvaro serving as the main access and relief roads.
Estimated travel times: From Avenida de América: 8 minutes; From Goya: 14 minutes; From Sol: 21 minutes; and from Moncloa: 24 minutes.
BY METRO
Many fans arrive at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano by metro. This is one of the most convenient options, as the stadium is less than a minute’s walk from one of Madrid’s largest metro stations (Estadio Metropolitano, Line 7).
However, there are many other alternatives. Stations within a 15-minute walk include Las Rosas (Line 2), Canillejas (Line 5), and Las Musas (Line 7).
Additionally, Avenida de Guadalajara (Line 2), San Blas (Line 7), Torre Arias, and Suances (Line 5) stations are located approximately 25 minutes on foot.
Estimated travel times: From Avenida de América: 19 minutes; Goya: 29 minutes; Sol: 26 minutes; and Moncloa: 40 minutes.
BY BUS
There are multiple options! Fifteen EMT lines and 20 interurban lines stop near the stadium. The Canillejas transport interchange is one of the key connection points to the city center and nearby towns.
Supporters’ clubs will also have a designated area in the stadium’s exterior parking lot for their buses.
BY TRAIN
The nearest Cercanías station is ‘Coslada Central’ (Lines C-7 and C-2). From there, there is a direct connection to Metro Line 7, which links to the stadium in just two stops.
You and your guests may access the stadium starting 75 minutes before the match.

The parking areas surrounding the Riyadh Air Metropolitano are exclusively reserved for season ticket holders who have booked a parking space and possess an access card issued by the club. No vehicle without this card will be permitted access to the parking zones.
The stadium offers 4,000 parking spaces (1,000 inside and 3,000 outside the building) available to season ticket holders who have purchased a parking pass and possess the corresponding access card issued by the club.

On our website, matches are scheduled by default on Sundays but may be rescheduled to Saturdays or other days. The exact date and time of each match are typically confirmed approximately 15 days in advance.

Here you can access the access rules for the Presidential Suite. In the other VIP areas, there is no formal dress code; however, it is uncommon to see people wearing sportswear, sleeveless shirts, or open-toed shoes.
Yes, in the VIP Area it is essential that every person entering, including children, has their own ticket.
